2. Non-Returnable Items

   – Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.  

   – Software, gift cards, and items marked as “final sale.”  

   – Custom-built or special-order items.  

3. Return Process

   – Contact us to initiate a return.  

   – Provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).  

   – Drop off the item at our store or arrange for delivery at your expense.

II REFUNDS
